Hong Kong-based Chinese phone maker itel Mobile has announced its latest entry-level offering in the Philippines — called the SUPER 26 Ultra.
The name comes off as a response to yesteryear’s itel S25 Ultra, which was caught in confusion with the Samsung S25 Ultra counterpart. The name sparked buzz among fans of both brands, which has been the subject of debate since Samsung became more known for popularizing the ‘Ultra’ naming scheme in 2020.
Now that the itel SUPER 26 Ultra is announced, it seems that the Chinese tech brand is taking a different route as it positions itself with a new identity for the lineup.
Curved display, big battery
The itel SUPER 26 Ultra uses a camera design similar to its predecessor. It has a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with an increased radius, compared to the previous model, which makes the phone more rounded and sharp.

It uses a curved panel adding another layer of aesthetic, backed by a refresh rate of 144Hz and a resolution of 1080 x 2436 pixels. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i with 4,500-nits of peak brightness and a punch-hole cut-out featuring a 32MP selfie sensor.

On the back is a 50MP primary and a 2MP depth helper.
Under the hood is a 6nm UNISOC T7300 processor, accompanied by 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. The chipset is joined by a 6,000mAh battery that charges at 18W through USB Type-C.
Meanwhile, the phone runs on Android 15.
