If you have already watched my review vlog, you saw how I’m glad about its design. Even though it has a massive 6,000mAh battery that can power the device for up to two days, it is still compact and lightweight.
To give you an idea of its battery life in a real-world scenario, I went to an event yesterday and used it for listening to Spotify and playing Mobile Legends while on the commute, checking Google Maps, shooting photos and videos, and browsing social media and it took around 12 hours before it down to 20% battery life.
My usage yesterday can be considered heavy, so if you are just a casual user who doesn’t use their phone all the time, it can probably give you up to one or two days of usage.
Final Thoughts
The new HONOR 400 5G is indeed a great midrange smartphone for its price, as it gives well beyond sufficient features, especially those AI features that can be used in our daily tasks. However, this phone is not perfect as it is hyped because it also has shortcomings, like the absence of a dedicated telephoto lens and a reused chipset, which other phones already have.
I highly suggest watching a lot of reviews before pulling the trigger, since everyone has a different perspective and demand for a smartphone. You’ll likely get insight that matches your needs and expectations. But for its price, I can say that it is still worth buying.
