TechLife just launched the new TechLife Pad Mini in the Philippines for only PHP 9,999.
The TechLife Pad Mini is easy to carry around since it just features an 8-inch LCD display. It is a sweet spot size if you want a notebook-sized tablet.
Despite having a small display, you can still enjoy streaming videos, reading e-books, browsing the web, and handling productivity tasks since it still provides enough screen space for those.
Powering the tablet is the MediaTek Helio G80 chipset. It is paired with up to 8GB of Dynamic RAM and 64GB of internal storage. With this hardware, you can expect decent performance, especially in multitasking.
However, the 64GB internal storage is not enough. We aren’t sure if it supports expandable storage, but it looks like it does, especially since its predecessor supported it as well.

This tablet also has 4G LTE connectivity. Even without access to Wi-Fi, it allows you to stay connected to the internet. It features a large 6,300mAh battery with 10W wired charging and 5W reverse charging support.
Other features include dual stereo speakers and Google Gemini AI Assistant for added convenience. The TechLife Pad Mini is available in Misty Blue, Fairy Pink, and Champagne Gold.
TechLife Pad Mini Price and Availability
TechLife Pad Mini – PHP 9,999
The TechLife Pad Mini is now available in the Philippines with an official retail price of PHP 9,999. You can purchase the tablet as low as PHP 7,699 on TikTok Shop, PHP 8,399 on Shopee, and PHP 8,999 on Lazada until August 20, 2026.
You can also get a free Pad Handle Case worth PHP 999 during the said period, even when you buy it on TechLife Concept stores.
Quick thoughts
Though it got a price increase compared to the TechLife Pad Lite 8” that we reviewed last year, we think it is still worth buying. It is good for students who don’t want a large, heavy tablet for schooling. But also don’t expect midrange quality and performance since it is just a budget tablet. If you will just use it for light productivity and entertainment, it is more than enough; just manage your expectations.
