Subscribers of Smart and TNT now enjoy faster, smoother video streaming after the company won the Best Mobile Video Experience award from Ookla, a global leader in network intelligence and connectivity insights.
The award evaluates real-world Quality of Experience (QoE) based on video start time, uninterrupted playback, and full HD resolution. According to Q3-Q4 2025 data from Ookla’s Speedtest Intelligence, Smart achieved a Video Score of 78.60, the highest among mobile operators nationwide.
The Video Score reflects users who experience video start times of less than two seconds, uninterrupted playback without rebuffering, and 1080p or higher resolution in most playbacks.
Millions of Smart and TNT subscribers now enjoy smooth streaming on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Netflix, with faster start times, HD playback, and seamless viewing—whether watching trending shows, livestreams, viral videos, or live sports.
