On September 16, 2025 (Tuesday), smartphone maker realme announced its new set of smartphones: the realme 15 series. Marking the brand’s latest entry in its number lineup, the realme 15 series is available in two models, consisting of the realme 15 5G and 15 Pro 5G.

In a press release sent to Superbdan, realme says that the new lineup ‘inspires users to embrace the beauty of raw, authentic moments and immortalize them through the lens of the realme 15 Series 5G,’ highlighting the advanced imaging capabilities of the new lineup.
Part of the launch is a new mantra for the 15 series
Launched along with the #LiveForReal mantra, the realme 15 series is said to empower creativity, encouraging fans to truly live for real. Equipped with a triple 50MP camera setup (comprised of main, ultra-wide, and selfie sensors), the realme 15 Pro 5G is capable of recording 4K videos at 60 FPS.
Meanwhile, the realme 15 5G comes with a 50MP main camera, an 8MP wide-angle lens, and a 50MP selfie camera. While the non-Pro model is also capable of 4K video recording, it only holds up to 30 FPS.

In addition, both models come with Dual View Video mode, granting users the ability to use both front and rear cameras simultaneously. Moreover, both models also come with several AI-powered tools, such as AI Party Mode (enhances colors and details), AI Smart Remover 2.0 (erases distractions), and AI Nightscape (brings more vivid photography even in low-light conditions).
Aside from the cameras, both models from the new lineup come with AMOLED displays, backed by 144Hz refresh rates, and several display certifications: IP66, IP68, and IP69 for water and dust resistance.
At the helm of the realme 15 Pro 5G is a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor. Meanwhile, the realme 15 5G uses a Dimensity 7300+ processor. Both chipsets are based on a 4nm process, paired with 12GB of RAM, with either 256GB or 512GB of storage.
Keeping the lights on for both models is a 7,000mAh battery with 80W fast-charging tech, which gives hours of use from a five-minute charge, according to the brand.
