Following the successful launch of the TechLife Pad Plus 12” in May, TechLife Philippines will introduce the new TechLife Pad Lite 8” on July 11, 2025.
TechLife Pad Lite 8” will be out for only PHP 4,999!
The new TechLife Pad Lite 8” is an affordable tablet that can cater to students who need a tool for their studies. It features an 8-inch display with HD resolution that is already decent for productivity. This tablet is also ideal for taking anywhere, as it already features 4G LTE and VoLTE connectivity.
The TechLife Pad Lite 8” weighs 337.9g and arrives in Champagne Gold and Lilac Purple colorways. This device can deliver up to 600 hours of standby time and up to 29.5 hours of music playback.
In addition, it supports 10W USB-C charging and reverse wired charging, where you can charge small devices like earphones or Bluetooth speakers.
While we haven’t tried this tablet yet, it seems it can deliver enough features to those who are searching for a budget tablet for their online classes, watching tutorials, general entertainment, or reading lectures.
Who is this tablet for? Based on its highlight features, I think this tablet is best suited for students, professionals, parents, or grandparents, who only need the basic essential features of a tablet.
Alternatively, the TechLife Pad Plus 12” offers a larger display and more powerful features for users with a higher budget.

Price and availability
The TechLife Pad Lite 8” will be available starting July 12, 2025, exclusively in TechLife’s official store on Shopee with a price of PHP 4,999. But you can redeem the platform voucher from July 12-14 to get it for as low as PHP 3,779 as a special introductory price. Those first lucky buyers of this tablet will also get a FREE Folio Case and a Globe 5G prepaid SIM.
In case you are not aware of the brand, TechLife is a sub-brand of realme where they focuses on offering budget-friendly tech products like tablets, fitness bands, earbuds, power banks, and other tech accessories.
We already tried some of their products, including the TechLife Pad Plus 12”, which we also reviewed. In my experience, their products offer decent quality for their price. They are affordable but packed with competent features.
